Unable to install Fix It because I'm missing Windows XP Pack 3??

  I tried to install "Fix it" and it did not load. The message reads " must have windows pack 3 installed". I have Windows XP Professional 32 bit and having trouble installing pack 3.

   I'm on a loop... Microsoft will not allow me to load Windows Pack 3 because I have a Windows XP Professional 32 bit (instead of the 64 bit) It stopped offering support for 32 bit since 2011. Without WindowsPack 3, Fix it will not install. Do you know how I can fix this issue? Please help! I will greatly appreciate ALL suggestions...Thanks :-)
