There is no possibility to track N:N relationships... Well, no supported one.
You can enable associate and deassociate messages for plugins and create a plugin but it is not supported.
If you still need this, check this article :http://dmcrm.blogspot.com/2009/08/expose-associate-and-disassociate-sdk.html

Hi.
You can handle this changes with plugins. AssociateEntities and DiassociateEntities messages are not supported for handling with plugins. But you can enable this messages. Check this article .

We once had a requirement of populating a text string with the record titles from one side of an N:N. As mentioned by others, there is no supported way to do this. We ended up using a SQL trigger. Completely unsupported and generally frowned upon but we explained the situation to the customer and it took about 30 minutes of setup to achieve our goal. With the change documented, it will be a case of disabling the trigger and reenabling when rollups or upgrades are performed.
