I have a Dell Laptop (~4 years old) and have been receiving this message/ I ran the diagnositics and received this report. I have had a malware virus that I had finally removed 4 months ago. My laptop was pre-installed with Windows so I do not  have any if the CDs. The report states that I have an invalide license. I can I fix that?
