Connector is installing power pack1 instead of power pack 2

Question
-
I have a new windows 7 RC1 installation. When I launch the connector it says power pack 1 ( I have power pack 2 installed on the server). Is there a power pack 2 connector install?
The reason I ask is so I can add my WHS folders to the Windows Libraries. It work with the Windows 7 beta just fine.
Any thoughts?Saturday, May 2, 2009 3:53 AM

That's normal. MS decided not to update the EULA to say PP2. As long as you don't have a red icon in the Console after you install the Connector software on the client, you have the correct version.

Any thoughts of why I can't add a WHS share as a library? I get the 'This network location can't be included because it is not indexed'?
This is more a question for the Windows 7 team, I think.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)- Marked as answer by Ken WarrenModerator Tuesday, May 5, 2009 2:59 PM

I agree with Ken. You should post your question in the Win7 forums.Sunday, May 3, 2009 5:12 PMModerator
