"This copy of Windows is not genuine." error message

Question
-
Our PC was slow in restarting this morning, and it ran through CHKDSK after re-booting. Once Windows loaded, I got the error message in the bottom right corner of the screen:
Windows 7
Build 7601
This copy of Windows is not genuineIn addition, there are annoying popups every couple hours that try to tell me my Windows is not genuine.
I have tried to follow some suggested fixes to other threads on this forum, but without success. The product key on the back of my computer was not accepted by the online Activation pop-up.
This was (when I bought it) a brand-new computer, with Windows 7 pre-installed. Is there any reason that the product key on the back of the machine does not match the last 15 digits showing in the Diagnostic Report below?

On a second attempt at clicking on a link from the pop-up, got to the "spinning green circle" authentication page mentioned in other threads. This seems to have worked - ran diagnostic again and all A-OK.

Please post a new MGADiag report - the original problem was a Trusted Store Tamper, and is usually caused by malware
