Unable to complete Genuine Windows validation RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!
I've recently been infected with a virus which I managaed to completely remove, but since then I have an icon in my task bar saying "Unable to complete Genuine Windows validation". I followed the link to the microsoft site and followed all the 10 steps indicated there, but without any success. This copy of Windows has been installed and activated on this computer for about 3 years.
i also tried the MGA tool and below is the result. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
