  I recently installed this fix it tool and when I went to run the troubleshooters I recieved an error code that was different from the one that was listed in the forum where you could ask questions in the virtual chat. This is the error code I recieved: 0x80040154. I am not sure what this error code means and neither did the fix it tool. I am unable to run any of the troubleshooters to find out what is wrong with my computer and I need some help.
