Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de ler um email e seus anexos sem baixa-los para a estação por exemplo
Ler o nome dos anexos na caixa de email e só permitir q seja baixado os emails que os anexos sejam diferentes de .exe

If you are using E-Mail service like Hotmail or yahoo then probably no chance.
if you have your own email server like most web site owners have then there is a possibility that your email server gives you this facility. (consult your service provider)
