  • Longphan,

You are receiving an error code 102. This means you have a trial version of Office installed and it has expired. Please share with me exactly how many versions of Office and/or stand alone Office products you exactly have installed?

  • Hello longphan13longphan,

Are you entering the product key affixed to your machine?  If so this product key is only for Windows and not the Office Suite, was the Office suite purchased along with your machine or was it purchased separately?

    Thank you,
