Posting articles at my blogs and want same be published at my social media profile as well

  I need help with some important matters. I am Developer and running my blogs where I post articles. I would like my articles to be automatically posted on my social media profile once I post it. If anyone have a solution to the present problem, please help me. Thanks in advance...
