Shared View integration with Outlook RRS feed

  • Question

It seems a natural progression if Shared View integrates a toolbar into Office that if it is installed you can schedule a Shared View session from the Outlook calendar. When you invite attendees in Outlook it offers a Meeting Workspace option but Shared View is not there ... next version anyone?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using Microsoft SharedView!

As of now, there are no plans to offer Outlook integration with SharedView. SharedView is targeted at scenarios where a small group of people collaborate on a document in an ad-hoc manner.

You can take a look at Microsoft Office Live Meeting, which offers a much richer meeting experience along with Office Integration.

    Thanks,

    Manisha.

I agree 100%.  Also, not being able to schedule future sessions makes it difficult to get 10 people in the session at the time of a meeting due to them not having the session information.

  • Another spot on call... It makes it very hard to work with as if all of my meetings are scheduled 10 minutes before hand.

Get outlook integration please or i fear i will only use this for one on one meetings....

    Cheers!
