  • Hi All,

    I am facing an an issue in Dynamics 365 USD. we have more than 100 users using CRM with same security role and access rights.

    Few user 4 or 5 facing an issue. While click on start session . Session record is not creating in CRM.

    Due to which user not able to work further.

    I had cleared cache. check with system admin role. but no luck.

    Any one have any idea why this is happening and how can we resolve this.
