    Does outlook client supports full fledged customisation options as available in web client. by that i mean.. can we perform customisation like creating attributes, relationships etc while using outlook client.

    Absolutely--you can do 100% of what you can do in the web client in the Outlook client with 4.0. 

    In 3.0, this is not the case--in 3.0, you were restricted from customization, service calendar, and knowledgebase in Outlook, but these restrictions no longer apply
