How to call another bat file from the run as administrator bat file which will execute as logged in normal user RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have created 2 bat file
    main.bat
    normal.bat

    main.bat
    @echo off
    start .NET Framework install.msi
    call normal.bat
    start anotherinstaller.exe

    The main.bat file runs as administrator. when call normal.bat file from the Administrative command prompt the normal.bat file also execute as administrator. I need to run the normal.bat as logged in user rather then admin privileges.
    Is this possible to run the normal.bat as logged in user in the middle in the main.bat?

  • That cannot be done with a batch file.

    You can use "runas" but you will be prompted for a password.
