which azure component will be used to consume rest api and graph api data?

  This is a basic question i was asked in a interview and would like to know the answer: i was asked to draw an architectural diagram to list all the azure components and which frontend technology will be relevant to build a predictive solution. 

  the scenario had 3 database from where the data was coming: historical data in a database, hr data in form of rest api and weather data in form of graph api. 

  expecting some good answers here, especially on graph and rest api.
