    Your camera's software might use a different way to access the storage on your camera. Please turn to the vendor or manufacturer of your camera.

  • You could also make photos with another camera, where you show the way, going to the folder of the files (on the camera) and also where you go to the folder on windows. For windows you can also use Print Screens or a tool, e.g. snipping-tool.
