    every time I want to open the messenger it shows the 2 or 3 unread e-mails are in the HP_administrator.
    I try every thing but I can not go through.

    This forum is for Windows Home Server.  You should post your question in the HP forums or the appropriate OS forum (7, Vista, or XP).
