Importing the Room Entity always fails (CRM 2011 Training Kit) RRS feed

  • Question

  • When importing any of the Fitness Center solutions (e.g. FitnessCenterCommon_1_0_0_0_managed) always fails importing the Room Entity with the following msg: The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it. Any idea / direction how to resolve this?

  • Hi Ashish,

    Thanks for your reply.

Anyway, the problem has been solved / disappeared and importing a Fitness Center solution (e.g. FitnessCenterCommon_1_0_0_0_managed) passed OK. It seems that applying the roll-up update 6 for CRM 2011 has solved the problem. Last day it occured that Windows update has suggested to install Rollup 6 update for CRM 2011. After successfully installing that update - as said - the problem has been solved / disappeared.

  • Hi,

It looks like this solution is looking for Room entity in your CRM environment (where you are trying to import this). Your CRM doesn't have this entity. I am also assuming that you have admin privileges.

Check the guide for this solution and see the dependencies.

I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.
