Hi,
What SKU (version) of Windows 7 did you install and is this x86 or x64? Did you try to install from the CD, the software share (\\<servername>\Software\ or http://<servername>::55000?
Thanks

If you go into control panel>System and Security>Action Center>and View the Archived Messages, is this crash listed? (Windows 7 is still somewhat vague with the crashes, so you may have to click and check).

If it is, can you tell me if there is a bucket ID associated with it?
In the meantime, please submit a bug on Connect for this issue and if possible, provide client and server side CABs. The connector should install and work on the RC.

Spawn, how does it show up on WHS. I had an earlier version installed and it shows up as a vista computer

My Win7 RC1 Build 7100 test machine shows up as Windows 7 Ultimate on my WHS which is correct.
