I need your help guys to fix the problem I encountered. My windows vista always has error messages displayed when installing a new hardware device such as ipod and other usb device. I tried to fix using windows help and it has an error KB940199, so I fix this by installing the updates but still has problem the update does not apply to my system. Your great help are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
