Can't see reinstall option.

  I've got 5 disks in a pool but lately WHS started to get slow. RDP'ing takes a while, I sometimes can't even logon properly to the console, and I get disk overloaded all the time with uTorrent. I've wanted to try reinstalling WHS without loosing any data but I can't seem to get the re-install server option in setup.
  
  When unplugging all disks except the system one, I get the alternative to re-install. How come? (note: all disks are the same brand.)
  
  Is the setup having trouble detecting which one is the system disk? When all disks are connected, it still detects the system disk as Disk 0. It should work, right?
  
  Can I alternatively choose reinstall when only the system disk in plugged in and later on plugin the rest of the disks when setup is finished? Will that work?
