    Can someone out there please explain to me why when I save a project that I started on Windows Visual Studio Express 2012 and try to open again there no code screen and many other tools that I need.  Tried saving to desktop but it conveniently does not show anything but the code when I open it.  My computer is brand new Dell Windows 8 Pro Operating system with all the upgrades and more.  I do know that the same trouble shooting available for payed visual studio software is not avaible for the express version.

    You have erroneously posted your question in a user forum dedicated to Microsoft Project Server, an enterprise project management application.  I would suggest that you repost your question in a user forum dedicated to questions about Visual Studio.  Hope this helps.
