Gallery Reviewer III - Achievement not working

Hello Everyone,

According to this article: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ff395928?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396#How_do_I_earn_achievements if you have reviewed 10 Gallery contributions and rated 25 Gallery contributions then the user will achieve the Gallery Reviewer III medal.

I have published than 10 reviews and rated more than 25 contributions on Visual Studio Gallery: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/vs. But I still haven't achieved that medal. Am I doing something wrong here?
