Bug in Fixit:Windows Update

  Fixit for Windows Update (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/windows_update/) running in a Windows 7 environment fails to check whether the appropriate services are running. This include the "Windows Activation Technologies Service" and the "Windows Update Service".

  These checks should be incorporated into the tool as there is no error message when Windows Update fails due to these services not running.
