Could you tell me where you got your copy of Vista? It looks like whoever sold it to you made a mistake or willfully sold you a pirated copy.

From your statement "i just bought my Windows Ultimate... and my computer was already installed with vista home premium" I get the impression that you're using Vista at home, not at say, work or somewhere where there are lots of people using Vista with you. But! your diagnostic results show that you have a volume build. Is that what you wanted to have? Are you using this computer under a volume contract? If not, that would make me worry about whoever sold it to you.
Can you tell me where, physically, the key is that you're trying to enter. Is it on a sticker on your computer, inside the Vista box, in an email, etc?
Thanks!

the computer was already installed with the home premium when i bought it..... and the vista ultimate key was in the vista box..
and what do u mean by volume contract (i'm kinda new to computer things )
also because of this problem i can't view any video files, no desktop, no control panel , no start menu, and has bad performances right now.. so my computer is pretty much useless since i can't do anything on it...
