Appointments stay scheduled RRS feed

  • HI

    When i create an appointment and it has gone past the time/date, other users can see it as completed , however in my activities it stays as scheduled. Is this the right behaviour, as i thought once the time/date is expired then should the status change to complete?

    any advice on this please?

  • Yes, this is an expected behaviour but you can create a workflow to complete or cancel the appointment on expiration of due date if appointment is still in open status.

    uMar is right. In fact, I have a simple workflow that I run on demand, selecting the appointments to automatically close them all in a batch.

    I can share the WF with you, no problem. Just contact me.

    Maybe I can also blog it.
