my virus and spyware monitoring keeps shutting off please help me. RRS feed

    it only happens on certain sites that i have been on before and when i log in to that site i get a dialogue box that pops up stating service executable( one of the ones that says send error reporting). when i send it my windows live one care virus and spyware monitoring shuts off. can you tell me why it keeps doing that so that i can fix it.
