Problem with MapPoint 2010 and 2011 exporting to GPX

I'm evaluating upgrading to MapPoint 2011, but it is having the same problem that 2010 had.

Installed on a Server 2003 machine with a 3.2Ghz processor and 4Gb Ram, 10 Gb on one HD and 64 Gb on the other.

Everytime I try to export a map to GPX for use on Garmin Nuvi, it crashes saying there isn't enough memory or disk space.

Any suggestions?
