Multiple Record edit in Advanced Find RRS feed

    I have a view against the appointments entity and within this view I can edit multiple records however when I open this view with advanced find then I can't do multiple edits? The edit button is greyed out.

    I can edit multiple records with a view on the Accounts entity using advanced find.

    I want to be able to edit an ad hoc set of appointments as a one off so I didn't want to keep creating views.

  • Have had this issue. Not sure why this behavior is seen when searching for a specific activity entity.

    As a work around, I run the search on the 'Activities' entity with a particular activity type and the bulk edit is enabled on the result set. You could also use the 'Export to excel' option to edit the records and re-import to CRM.
