  • Can anyone list a good motherboard with onboard video and gigabit LAN for AMD socket AM2?

I assume the board will need to be compatible with Server 2003 drivers?

You should post your question in the Hardware forum.

  • Any response to this question.  If I am going to build a new WHS, what is a good board to use for an AMD AM2 setup?

    I'm using a similar 780G motherboard, the GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-S2H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128090).

It's a fantastic board - no issues with driver support, even with the XP/Vista drivers where the Server 2003 are not available. I've got it paired with an AMD 4850e processor, with 3 internal hard drives, and it pulls under 50 watts at idle.
