Training Courses in Toronto (Canada) for 98-375 (HTML5) and/or 98-379 (Testing) RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm looking to take one of these two courses.  The MTA site itself says there are no courses yet for 98-379 (software testing).  There should be for 98-375, but when I use "find a learning centers" and put in Toronto, Ontario, Canada-- there's no one offering training?

Are there actually any training centers for either of these two exams?

  • You should be aware that the Class Locator tool that is invoked when you select "find a learning center" only displays the courses that have explicitly been entered into the tool by the training centers... which very few training centers bother to do. Therefore, the fact that no centers come up when you do the search doesn't necessarily mean that no one is willig to teach those courses. I recommend calling the traning centers in your area and telling them that you are interested in this training. It is possible that some centers may already have scheduled the course. Even if it was commisioned by another client, you may be able to join it. Or they may be willing to arrange a new course if they find that people are interested in taking it. But they will not realize that there is interest in such a course if you don't ask for it.
