You will to need to make the various DNS entries available externally. Usually, this will be done via your ISP. Depending on how you have CRM setup, will depend on what IP address to point these records to.
In our setup, we have the records point to our firewall and a rule that directs traffic on port 555 and 443 to our CRM/adfs server.
The records that needs configuring are
auth, dev, adfs_server, crm_server, org_name
