Unable to Print using Internet Explorer RRS feed

    Hi, when I print email from outlook (original Hotmail account) it only prints the words FROM, SENT and TO and not the rest of the message. When I open outlook using Firefox it prints perfectll. I'd prefer to be using IE so would appreciate some help. Thanks

    1. Go to your inbox
    2. Select the desired email message you want to print
    Please select the three dots ( ... ) near Categories
    4. Select Print
    5. A print preview of the message will appear, and also the print options. (be sure to click "all pages" for multi page emails.)
    Just click on Print.

    By whole message do you mean the whole page, only the first page, or something else?  Can you upload a screenshot?
