Appointment is not displaying under the corrspoindng account RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I want to track the appointment those I did with customer under corresponding account.  I have selected the account then selected activity then appointment. When I click on Invite Attendees, it displays email id from account then I sent the meeting request.  But I can't find this meeting request under that account when I click on view all activities of that account.

    Please find a solution.   I want to track appointment under each account. So when select that account I can find how many meeting I have done with that customer.

    please see if they are listed under closed activities?

    what you expect is standard CRM feature. Activities will be listed only after they are saved.
