CRM 2011: StatusReason of quote are twice in system RRS feed

  • Hi @ all,

    in our customer system I can see the statusreasons twice:

    In the internal system all fits. What could be the reason for this? Any idea?

  • The problem is, that I do this also on the prod-system.

    I cannot see the values to a selection in the customizings.

    The selections are the same to standard. Strange.

  • Status reason is like every other picklist.

    You can modify the list items.

    What you should do is go into their system. Open the field status reason and remove the items that does NOT have the same picklist value as your development environment.

    How did this happen? Well.. to me it sounds like someone has modified the picklist values manually in either your production or in the development environment. When you move a solution from A- > B, it will match based on the picklist value and not the string name.
