Hello, I have OneCare with a desktop as the hub. This hub has an external mass storage unit I am wanting to use as the central back up unit, but the OneCare will not back up the non-hub (laptop) pc.
I have installed the OneCare on the desktop as hub. I also installed OneCare on the Laptop as a non-hub. The hub recognizes the laptop as being on the OneCare circle. So, it seems connected. The laptop keeps saying that I need to do a backup. I have not been able to get the backup to work at all.

jimsablast, If JimR's suggestion about permissions does not resolve the problem, please tell us more about the mass storage unit you are trying to use. Is it connected via USB to the hub PC? You can also contact support for help with configuring backup.
