    We have everything set up great internally, and clients can make Communicator calls from the outside to the inside without issue.  But they cannot make non-OCS calls from the outside--two rings and then a disconnect when dialing an actual number.  Is this by design so that people with the Communicator client can't place calls at any time, anywhere using our company resoruces?  Thanks.

    This was a case of the edge server missing from the mediation server settings...it must have lost it during one of the reboots.  Thanks.

    Can you tell a bit more about your setup? How did you link OCS to your PBX/telephone system?
