    You can try to validate Windows again: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine. Please locate the “Validate Windows” button in the upper right hand corner.   • I'm so sorry for ot responding in a timely manner nut the computer was at the technician for the virus. AtlaS FOR ALL MY EFFORTS I STILL COULD NOT remove the virus successfully. I only got it back today so i'll run the test now.

     

    Again i'm very sorry for my rudeness.

    i tried to run the validation test but it will not validate since windows is not activated. It was verified as a validate windows xp  copy until i installed sp3  and once the computer restarted, it asked he to activate again and then this *** about the activation  limit being exceeded.

     

    I tried calling the number given on the activation by telephone screen which by the way is the same on the website you gave me and i can't get through, the call isn't going anywhere.

     

    Help me please, since the computer was at the technician, I only have 18 days left.

    I just want to thank all of you for your help. I used those numbers and was able to get in contact with the activation center and the product is now successfully activated i will post the validation test results in a minute
