I previously had norton sytemworks 07 installed on this system. I uninstalled it, then installed windows live onecare. Since installing, I have started getting periodic blue screens and system hang-ups (hang-ups seem to happen mostly when browsing the web). When I check the event viewer, I get the following:

The only thing can find that seems relative is there was an old command line antivirus software that had the same problem. I also noticed that when the blue screen flashes by, there is a .dll that is being named. It goes by too fast to see the name - but it has something to do with win..hlp..dll. I added the dots because there is more to it - those were just the bits I could read before it flashed off.
