Synchronizing .wav audio files option in WP7 development

  Hi, so I'm creating an app that allows the user to store an organized set of lecture notes these being audio files (.wav) and with the option storing them to PC. How do I go about do about doing this in Visual studio 2010 or Expression Blend 4?
