    Your problem is caused by the Software licensing service not running - which means that Windows cannot check the validity of your license.
    First try restarting the service the easy way - rebooting.
    If that doesn't work, then open the Services Console by clicking on the Start button, then
    in the Search box, type
    SERVICES.MSC
    and hit the Enter key
    accept the UAC prompt, and then look in the list of services for the Software Licensing Service.
    right-click on it, and select Properties
    Make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic (delayed start), and then attempt to start the service.
    If the service starts, and then shuts down almost immediately, then you probably have a malware infection.
    If the service refuses to start, make a note of any error messages, and post back with full details.
    If the service starts, OK, reboot, and see if your error message has gone.
