  • Our ability to dial a phone number through Skype in our Salesforce application seems to have disappeared with the release of Lightening.  How do we get that back?

    According to your description, it seems you have some problems about Skype in Salesforce. As you know, Skype is different from Skype for Business, and our forum focus on the problems about Skype for Business.

    For you issue, I suggest you could get help from your provider, such as Salesforce. In addition, about Skype issue, you could get help from the Microsoft Answers forum.
