How to change the view at "View Duplicates" form? RRS feed

    Please help on how to change the view at "View Duplicates" form? we want to add more columns on this view. But I cannot find this view at SavedQueryBase table.

    Hi Andrew, unfortunately the View Duplicates form and views cannot be customised. I'd love to be able to customise the view too because there are some required columns (owner, business unit, etc.) missing that help me determine which record should be the master/subordinate.

    Hopefully this feature will be improved in CRM 2011.
