Hello All,
My client wants to be able to search the content of emails as they come into an email queue. Is this possible? I know that for other entities like cases I can add the search field of description and this will allow for searching the email content but I don't
see how to do this for regular email activities searching from within a queue.
Can someone help me understand this?
