Wrong Error message in OC2007 when busy

  Hi,
  
  When making a call from OC to an extension which is already in a call (i.e. busy), an error message is displayed in OC instead of telling the line was busy.
  
  I have similar problem seen in LCS/MOC2005 but was fixed by adding cause=busy in the csta failed event.
  
  This does not help in OCS/MOC2007.
  
  Can you please let me know if the cause has been changed in OC2207 so that i can send the same from my application to OCS/MOC2007.
