how to config a queue that automatically receicive the email? RRS feed

  • hello,
            i create a new queue with the email address" support@xxxx.com ", i follow the instructions in the books and then test it, i send email to this adrees but there is nothing in the queue, is there anything i forget? we have crm for outlook but i dont know if the email router installed.  thanks for help

  • I'm pretty sure that you need the CRM Email Router installed and configured in order to receive email in a queue. Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook only receives email sent to a user's mailbox.
