    I HAVE TRIED CLOSING IT, JUST COMES BACK UP. TRIED DOWNLOADING FIX IT PROGRAM FROM MS. COULDN'T DOWNLOAD. GOT MESSAGE ANOTHER PROGRAM WAS DOWNLOADING. I'VE TRIED REBOOTING. DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY. I AM NOT A COMPUTER WHIZ. NEED HELP!
