First, try deleting temporary Internet files and cookies in Internet Explorer. Close all instances of your browser. Click on subscribe in OneCare sign in and see if you can enter the product key.
If you mean that you are being redirected to http://get.live.com make sure that your IE language matches your physical location. Since you mention OfficeMax, I assume you are in the US. IE must be set to US English or Spanish for activation to proceed without re-direction.

Dorothy wrote: No, I purchased the one care last March, I had nothing but issues with it on my second computer for the past 7 weeks, I finally installed DSL, as the tech asked me to do, I purchased this program last march, and all I want to do is to activate it, I do not have a 90 day free trial, I just want to activate this program, yes it has been installed and downloaded.
What happens when you activate/subscribe, Dorothy?
If you installed and activated OneCare on another PC already, but your subscription is still active, you activate with the same LiveID following the reinstall/or install to another PC. It will be in trial mode until you activate.

You will need to contact a trusted friend or relative in the US or country where OneCare is sold. They will need to sign in with *your* LiveID and password (create a new one at http://account.live.com) and activate OneCare at http://onecare.live.com/activate by entering your retail product key from inside the box you have. Once it has been activated online, you should be able to activate your copy in Dubai with the LiveID that they used for you. Change your LiveID password afterwards, since this LiveID is your key to the subscription.
