Is Microsoft above the law

  After a very frustrating week on the computer , it seems Microsoft may be above the law in Australia .

  What started with a Microsoft update, ended with me losing a paid version of office 2016 professional plus .

  Microsoft could not / would not reinstall it .

  Initial inquiries suggest that because Microsoft operate in cyber space , there is little I can do to recover what they took away .

  All my problems were caused by Microsoft or their agents & the only compensation offered was a small discount on an inferior product to replace what I had before they lost it .

  Has any body else had a similar experience  ?
