CRM Sync to different computer, using Outlook 2010 RRS feed

  • I have switched computers and have attempted to load CRM (with offline use) to the new computer but I get an error stating that CRM is sync'd with a differenct computer and I must go to the options tab and change my sync settings.  I have searched all over and cannot find this option in Outlook 2010.  Help!

  • Hi there -- it's located in Outlook 2010 under the File menu > Click "CRM" on the left side of the "File" tab > Click "Options" in the "Set Personal Options" section > Click the "Synchronization" tab > check "Set this computer to be the synchronizing client".
